The application has been submitted by MEC UK Logistics 1 Ltd, a joint venture between an institutional fund and Evo Lake.

Evo Lake specialises in developing and managing industrial and logistics properties, focusing on the UK. We have a strong track record for delivering best-in-class products. Evo Lake will appoint a site manager to ensure that occupiers adhere to the commitments made during the planning process.

The buildings will be highly sustainable and aimed at businesses willing to pay a premium rent for premises that will boost their environmental green credentials whilst reducing their environmental impact.
