Complying with planning policy 

We have to comply with planning policies that are set out in the Bromley Local Plan and the London Plan. 

Policy 81: Bromley Local Plan. Employment Use in Strategic Industrial Locations (SILs) 

This stipulates that the site in Farwig Lane is a Strategic Industrial Location safeguarded for employment use.

Policy E7 in the London Plan

This policy emphasises the need to intensify industrial land to meet current and future needs. Our proposals support this policy by proposing an increase of 959 sqm increase in floorspace.
