AIR QUALITY AND NOISE

Policy 119: Noise Mitigation 

In compliance with Policy 119 of the Bromley Local Plan, a full noise impact assessment has been conducted as part of the application. This assessment evaluates potential noise from industrial use, particularly HGV movements and machinery. A Noise Operation Management plan has been submitted to the council and will be reviewed by their Environmental Health Officer. 

Policy 20: Air Quality 

The proposal adheres to Policy 20 of the Bromley Local Plan by ensuring that air quality impacts are minimised through the use of measures.  New landscaping and tree planting will enhance air quality and support biodiversity, as will the modal shift from car to public transport.
