RESPECTING OUR NEIGHBOURS

We recognise that some concerns have been raised about the potential impact of the development on the living standards of neighbouring residents.  Our proposal has been carefully designed by a professional team and will be managed to the rigorous standards expected by institutional international investors.  The management of these units will be subject to greater regulation and oversight than the current operation. Our approach seeks to continue the current arrangements but with better management controls in place.

Understanding the impact on residents

There have not been any restrictions on hours of use for many years. Our approach focuses on enhancing management to ensure these operations coexist responsibly with the surrounding community.

Construction management

Before any work begins, a Construction Management Plan (CMP) will be developed and agreed upon with the local council. This plan will outline key aspects such as:

  • Site setup and construction activities
  • Traffic management and vehicle access
  • Working hours and scheduling

The council will oversee and enforce the CMP during the construction period to ensure compliance. We are committed to being a responsible neighbour. All reasonable measures will be taken to keep noise levels within acceptable limits and reduce any impact on nearby residents and businesses.

Professional oversight

Day-to-day operations will be managed by a professional operational management company. Their role is essential to maintaining standards, supporting tenant success, and responding promptly to any issues.

Operational guidelines

All tenants will have to comply with the site’s Operational Noise Management Plan, which outlines clear rules around site use.
