We submitted a planning application at the start of the year and have recently updated our proposals in response to feedback and ongoing design development. These changes aim to enhance the site’s functionality, sustainability, and relationship with the surrounding community.

The site has recently been vacated, and we are bringing forward plans to transform it into a modern business park, replacing the existing buildings with three new structures housing eleven flexible employment units.


These units are designed to accommodate a range of business types, supporting local economic growth and creating new employment opportunities for Bromley.
